Today we encountered a case with one of our customers who had their returnable boxes cleaned only once every three months. Unfortunately, this led to their OEM client imposing a penalty due to dirt both between the products and directly on them. The amount of this “penalty” exceeded one and a half times the cost that would have been incurred by cleaning the boxes on a weekly basis.
